I run a local Girl Guide group in Lady Bay and it is often difficult to find activities that keep the girls engaged for an hour and a half, however it is fair to say that Hannah who runs the self-defence sessions is a miracle worker.

She has now done 2 sessions for us and we will definitely do more in the future. The sessions are really fun and informative and along with teaching the girls some invaluable self-defence moves.

Hannah also talks to the girls about how to avoid getting into vulnerable situations and being aware of your surroundings.

The girls completely loved both sessions and we also had glowing feedback from the parents too. I would highly recommend Hannah, she a genuinely lovely lady who has a talent for teaching.
